The warranty protects against manufacturing defects and includes all labour and spare parts required as a result of manufacturing. Every machine is tested before shipment to ensure it operates correctly.
Our warranties align with the manufacturer's warranty against original factory imperfections in material and workmanship.
What's not covered
General usage, wear and tear, or misuse fall outside warranty protection.
Making a claim
Should any defect become apparent within the warranty period, the purchaser must immediately contact Twin Loop Binding.
Products need to be returned to our office for repair. Transportation and freight costs for sending and returning the product are the responsibility of the purchaser unless stated otherwise.
