Goods receiving
Reception hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm, with forklift facilities available.
Items must be securely wrapped — damage can occur if the wrapping is loose or packaging is broken during transit.
Help us speed up your job
- Notify us about incoming jobs in advance
- Clearly label all goods with identifying information
- Include the Purchase Order and relevant instructions
- Supply samples with collating jobs
Skids & pallets
- Collection available until 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
- Maximum weight per skid / pallet: 900kg
- Ensure tight wrapping with a very secure base
- Use at least two large labels and attach Purchase Orders to expedite processing
Direct-to-client dispatch
For dispatch straight to your client, please provide:
- Precise quantities for each delivery location
- Complete delivery addresses with customer names and contact details
- Your freight or courier account details so we can organise logistics on your account
Labels
Address labels must arrive before job completion — sending dispatch labels with the job is recommended. Creating labels or reopening packed boxes may cause delays and incur additional charges.
